D​ay 1

J​oin us on Day one for three tracks of Aerospace concentrated simulation engineering content. Day one will feature guest keynotes, content sessions, and ample opportunities to network with other aerospace professionals.

D​ay 2

C​ome back on Day two before departing and participate in a tour of the NASA Glenn Research Center where we will visit multiple facilities on campus and see simulation engineering in the works.

The tour will be held on September 4th.Shuttles will transport attendees from the Crowne Plaza Hotel between 8:00 and 8:30 am (to be finalized prior to the date) to the NASA Glen Research Center. We will have a brief presentation by a NASA representative and then proceed with the tours. The shuttles will then leave by 12:00 to transport attendees to either the Crown Plaza Hotel or Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Attendees are encouraged to eat breakfast at the hotel before boarding the shuttles. There is an additional cost for the tour of $45 toward the cost of the shuttle transportation which should be paid at registration. If you originally opt out of the tour and then decide to attend, let us know and we will ensure you are included.

Because the NASA Glen Research Center is a restricted US Government facility, the tour is open to US citizens or persons holding a U.S Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card.Instructions on submitting identification for security clearance will be sent to the tour registrants.
